I rented back the home I sold and the buyer used AAA Property Management. I was only a leasor for 6 weeks. During that time they told me I failed to pay my rent and then said they were mistaken, refused to respond to my questions regarding a yellow jacket nest by the front door,did not contact me with regard to returning my deposit until I insisted by email and kept eighty dollars of my deposit without any explanation or list of deductions. I got a ridiculous list of excuses once I demanded this information. I am an experienced owner of rentals and have never treated those who rent from me in this manner.
