Our mission is to provide quality early childhood experiences to all children of Early Learning Children’s Center. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children to learn and grow at their own pace. Collaborate with families to strengthen relationships between owner/director, teachers and families.
Philosophy
Our program’s philosophy is based on the belief that children learn best through active exploration and social interaction within a safe and nurturing environment. Each day is made up of a balance of active, quiet, individual and group activities along with meals and nap/rest. Families are an integral part of our program. We partner with families to lay a foundation that foster’s a child’s “love of learning” and to strengthen their ability to acquire necessary skills as life long learners.

How long have you been in business?
Since Nov. 2009, we purchased the "Early Learning Preschool" center and changed names.
What is your primary product or service?
Provide quality early childhood experiences and a safe and nurturing environment for all children to learn and grow at their own pace.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Owner/Director with 26 years experience in Early Care and Education worked in child care centers to provide quality care and education for all children. Recently purchased a child care center to continue providing quality care for chldren that includes but not limitted to low ratios, postive teacher-child interaction, child-centered curriculum. Also involoved as a board member with the Treasure Valley Association for the Education of Young Children and at the national level.IdahoSTARS approved trainer and mentor coach. Advocate for quality early care and education at our local and state level.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer the lowest ratios for all age groups.
Our curriculum is emergent, child-centered and play based. Planning the curriculum in each classroom will be based on:
*Knowledge of child development
*Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
and following those guidelines of developmentally
appropriate practices
*Sensitivity to children's personal experiences and
interests
*Knowing that children learn through first-hand
observation, play and direct experiences.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location that serves families.

We are located at the Northgate shopping center at State & Glenwood. We are located in a breezeway between Sprint and Idaho Youth Ranch. Great parking and area amenities!
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept ICCP payments and bill monthly, however parents can choose to pay on the 1st or 15th of each month. This allows parent's the flexability to pay in full or divide the payment in two.
Which areas do you service?
Transportation provided to the following Schools: Shadow Hills, Pierce Park , Cynthia Mann, Collister, Lowell Taft, Hidden Springs, Cole Valley Christian, Garden City Community School & St. Mary's (please call to see if we can service other areas)
