Pocatello ID Florist Avas Flowers

I placed an online order for a funeral delivery, and paid extra to have it rushed. It was never delivered. After 2 days of being told that they needed to "check for delivery confirmation", they sent an email saying that it was not delivered due to "internal system error". Rather than refund my money, they wanted to still send the gift to a local family member. This is not acceptable, I don't know any local family, the family I knew at the funeral has gone home. They STILL refuse to refund my money!
